Information
Our first goal when we started our business was to give our customers great service with passion. For a while, the best thing we had going for us was word of mouth. But we knew we had to change as the digital world grew. We’re proud to say that digital marketing didn’t just help us grow; it changed our business.
The Challenge: Growing Beyond Word of Mouth
We had a good reputation in our area, just like a lot of small to medium-sized businesses. People loved what we did, and we got a lot of referrals. We wanted more than that, though. We wanted to reach new people, get more people to know about our brand, and make more money without relying only on traditional marketing methods.
We knew we needed a strong online presence to compete in today’s world. We needed more than just a website; we needed a whole plan.
The Strategy: Building Our Digital Foundation
- A website that works for us We changed the design of our website so that it is more than just a brochure. It turned into a hub that focused on conversions, with clear calls to action, fast loading times, and a design that worked well on mobile devices. Every page now has a job, from telling our story to turning visitors into customers.
- SEO, or search engine optimization We spent time looking up keywords, improving our content, and writing blog posts that answered the questions our customers were already asking. We started showing up on Google for important business terms within a few months.
- Marketing on Social Media We didn’t try to do too much; instead, we focused on the platforms where our audience was most active. We made real, useful content and talked to people in our community. What happened? More loyal customers, direct feedback from customers, and a bigger following.
- Marketing and automation through email Our email list turned out to be one of our best assets. We started taking care of leads by sending them newsletters, special deals, and content that was made just for them. We stayed on people’s minds with marketing automation without having to hit “send” all the time.
The Results: Tangible Growth & Stronger Relationships
We’ve seen the following since putting our digital marketing plan into action:
Traffic to the website went up by 120%.
Three times as many online questions
Email campaigns help keep customers longer.
A 50% rise in activity on social media
Digital ads and content marketing that always give you a return on investment
